Diallo has lived, worked, and been educated in the US, UK, Canada, and The Bahamas. He has secured dozens of building permits in over 30 municipalities across Southern Ontario and his experience spans various project types, including decks, garages, residential homes (detached, semi-detached, and townhouses), as well as commercial and industrial projects. His engineering knowledge of new builds and understanding of their potential failures, combined with his background in civil engineering and passion for real estate development, drive his commitment to providing quality homes that add significant value.

Founder

Disha has extensive experience in design, project management, and execution of luxury retail, residential, and office spaces. Skilled in delivering projects ranging from 1,000 to 12,000 sqft with budgets from $750,000 to $7 million, she has a proven record of coordinating all project phases, from concept to completion, with a focus on detail, quality, and client objectives. She is adept at managing multiple permit processes across the U.S. and Canada. Disha loves creating refined, functional environments that balance design intent with technical precision.
